Crafted from precious materials, diamond, gemstone and pearl jewellery requires special care and attention.

Diamond, gemstone and pearl jewellery needs to be treated with care. Even a diamond, the world’s hardest material, can be damaged under certain circumstances, and other gemstones are delicate. To prevent damage as much as possible, we recommend that you avoid exposing your diamond, gemstone and pearl jewellery to the following:

•       Variable temperatures

•        Perfumes and cosmetics

•        Ultrasonic cleaning

•        Household chemicals

Between professional servicing, most gold jewellery can be maintained with a non-abrasive cleaner. Examine your jewellery regularly to make sure settings are snug and clasps and joining are secure.

Avoid exposing gold jewellery to household bleach, which will quickly cause gold to discolor and possibly disintegrate.

This lifetime warranty covers product manufacturing flaws which have been sold from Jawhara Jewellery to protect the interest of the client.

Benefits of Jawhara Jewellery Lifetime Warranty:

The client is entitled to a lifetime warranty when buying any product from Jawhara Jewellery and a chance to get Free Polishing service once a year for maintaining the product. This warranty shall cover the repair of the product in case of any manufacturing flaws.

Terms of Jawhara Jewellery Lifetime Warranty:
This Warranty is applicable on all sold products only if the below conditions are strictly followed:

• It is Mandatory that the Product be inspected once a year at Jawhara Jewellery to ensure
  the validity of this warranty.
• Product to be accompanied with Original Invoice & Lifetime warranty certificate, with each and every visit to ensure the validity of the lifetime warranty.
  
  Jawhara Jewellery lifetime warranty does not cover:

• Damages due to normal wear and tear or due to misuse of the product.
• Loss of the Product or part of it.
• Change of the product colour due to exposure to chemical substances, perfumes, beauty & cosmetic and cleaning products.
• Change in the natural colour and lustre of pearls or gemstones.
  
  Jawhara Jewellery lifetime warranty will be considered void in case:

• The client misses the mandatory annual inspection of the product by Jawhara Jewellery.
• If the Product is Repaired/maintained with any other entity other than Jawhara Jewellery.

Disclaimer:

• Any repair or material charges out of warranty cover will be subject to payment as per approval of customer.
• Any Third Party/International Brand is not Covered under this warranty and will fall under the Brand Policy and warranties if any.

Upon your selection of a suitable shopping option for you with your order delivery. The following steps take place.

– Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail from Jawhara containing your tracking number and a link to the website order-tracking page.

– You can check the status of your order once it has been shipped by visiting the website of our logistics partner and following the instructions by using your tracking number. Your tracking number can be found in the e-mail confirming the shipment of your order or within the Order Status page on jawharajewellery.com.

Delivery to Identified Person

ustomer have to enter the correct details of Consignee / Recipient Name (as it is stated in their photo identification that is approved by the Government) with complete Address, nearby landmark, postal code and contact number for hassle free delivery.

As the product reaches the destination, at the time of delivery, the recipient will have to provide any of the government recognized below identity proofs or address proof to collect the product:

We make sure that delivery is made with the help of courier agent after checking the identity proof of the recipient and the courier agent confirms the same. To make sure that the delivery is safe and secured, the courier agent will note down details of the recipient’s identity proof. During this process, the receiver is expected to cooperate with the agent by providing with original copies of identity proof.

Delivery Location:

Orders can be delivered to only Residential, Commercial Location only. The delivery of the orders cannot be done to any public places like Mall, Hotel, Restaurant, Hostel, On Road etc.

If at all the recipient is unavailable during the time of delivery, We will try to make 3 attempts to deliver the product. In case you are still not reachable/ available, the same will be returned to our office. In case customer does not accept the delivery the return shipping charges along with Import duty in dubai will be borne by customer and same shall be deducted from customer amount. So please make sure your availability during delivery of the shipment.

Note: This below Return Policy will not include for customized jewellery

Within 30 days of purchase date

Gold Jewellery Can be exchanged either for gold or diamond Jewellery, or a gift voucher equal to the invoice amount of the Jewellery and In all cases, only one time exchange is allowed.

Diamond Jewellery

Can be exchanged either for diamond Jewellery, or a diamond gift voucher equal to the invoice amount of the Jewellery. in all cases only one time exchange is allowed.

After 30 days until the end of (1) year of gregorian purchase date

Gold Jewellery

Can be exchanged either for gold, diamond Jewellery, or a gift voucher. Gold will be calculated on the prevailing market price on the date of exchange after deducting manufacturing costs, stone weights and any other non gold components.

Diamond Jewellery

Can be exchanged for diamond Jewellery only after deduction of remodeling cost not exceeding 25% of original invoice amount of the

Jewellery purchased earlier. The value of the selected diamond Jewellery should be more than the value of the Jewellery for exchange.

After the end (1) year gregorian of purchase date

Gold Jewellery

Can be exchanged either for gold, diamond Jewellery, or a gift voucher. Gold will be calculated on the prevailing market price on the date of exchange after deducting manufacturing costs, stone weights and any other non gold components.

Diamond Jewellery

Can be exchanged for diamond Jewellery after valuation of the old Jewellery according to the market value of the material content. The value of the selected diamond Jewellery should be more than the value of the Jewellery for exchange.
