2. Registration
   
   1. Registering to use our services or features is a straightforward process. If there are any changes to the information you registered, please email [email protected] to let us know immediately. We might occasionally modify the prerequisites for registration as well.

3. Eligibility to purchase
   
   1. The parties who can legitimately create contracts on the Internet in compliance with United Arab Emirates legal requirements are the only ones authorised to acquire our products through the website.
   2. Personal information will be needed from you to make purchases on the website. Name, phone number, email address, and other requested information must all be provided precisely as stated. You also acknowledge that you are the individual listed in the billing information supplied, and you will be asked to submit payment details that you represent and certify are accurate and legitimate.
      
      
4. Orders
   
   1. The products that we offer are ready to ship and are stocked. But we may be awaiting shipments from our suppliers. Please be advised that we might not be able to deliver some products due to production issues or quality control concerns found when we receive a product from our supplier. In these cases, we will email you to let you know that the products have become unavailable and will reimburse any money you paid us within 30 days of the notification.
   2. There are instances when we need more products due to excessive demand. We will email you immediately to let you know if the product you ordered is out of stock.
      
      
5. Pricing policy
   
   1. All product prices listed on our website are in AED / USD and include taxes. Please note that these prices are subject to change at our discretion.
      
      
6. Acceptance of your order
   
   1. You will receive an email acknowledging the specifics of your order once you have placed it. This email merely verifies that we have received your order; it does not constitute an acceptance.
   2. Once your order is shipped and you receive a confirmation email from Jawhara, your order will be accepted, and the transaction will be complete. Please note that our designated courier or third-party payment processor is not authorised to take orders on our behalf.
   3. We reserve the right to refuse to accept or complete your order if we are unable to get payment authorisation, if shipping restrictions apply to a specific product, if the ordered product is unavailable or withdrawn due to low-quality control, or if you do not meet the requirements outlined in these Terms. In addition, at our sole discretion, we reserve the right to refuse service to anybody at any time or to refuse to complete your order for any reason. In this regard, we shall have no liability to you or any other party.
   4. Despite our best efforts to ensure the accuracy of the information on our website, we occasionally may encounter a pricing error in one of the products. We will promptly notify you if we find a pricing problem for any item in your order. If a product was offered at an inaccurate price, we shall not be obligated to accept or fill the order, and we have the right to cancel any accepted orders in transit. We will notify you by phone or email if the product you ordered is priced wrongly for whatever reason, either because we have yet to accept your purchase or because the relevant portion of your order has been cancelled. We will promptly return the entire amount if you have already paid for the goods. If a product recall occurs while it is being transported, your refund will be processed as soon as we receive it.

   1. Visa, MasterCard, and other payment options that may occasionally be prominently displayed on the website may be used for payments. After the transaction, you will be taken to the website, and your account will be debited and cleared of the amount. You certify that the credit/debit card being used is yours. The card issuer may conduct authorisation and validation checks on any credit or debit card holder.
   2. We shall not be responsible for delays or non-delivery if the credit/debit card issuer declines to authorise payment.
   3. We prioritise your security. Our website uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology to ensure your buying experience is easy, safe, and secure. The safe online payment gateway Mashreq Bank encrypts your credit card information in a secure host environment and handles all website credit and debit card transactions.

Additionally, we take reasonable precautions, to the extent that it is within our power, to safeguard the information about your order and payment; however, absent negligence on our part, we cannot be held accountable for any losses you might incur if a third party gains unauthorised access to any information you provide us when using the website or placing an order.
      
      
8. Delivery and insurance
   
   1. Shipping inside the United Arab Emirates is free of charge.
   2. The delivery times listed on the website are approximations that should only be used as a reference and start on the day of dispatch. Regardless of the situation, we will ship the items to you depending on the country the customer lives (3 to 4 days if its within UAE and for International Shipping, it depends on the country and DHL service )of receiving your order. If circumstances beyond our control bring on any delays, Jawhara disclaims all liability and responsibility for them. In such an event, we will notify you as soon as we can and take action to lessen the impact of the delay.
   3. We insure every order from the moment it leaves our warehouse until it reaches the delivery address you have provided. All delivered products require your signature, and you become responsible for the items you purchased. Suppose you have designated a recipient, not you, for delivery purposes (for instance, as a gift). In that case, you acknowledge that proof of their signature (or at that delivery address) serves as proof of Jawhara’s delivery and fulfilment and a transfer of responsibility in the same manner. As soon as we deliver the products to the address you provided, you are responsible for them.

   2. Please be advised that to return or exchange a purchase, you must come to one of our locations in the United Arab Emirates with the original invoice.

Exchange and Refund Policy

Note:  Please be advised that the Return Policy outlined below does not apply to customised jewellery.

Within 30 days of the purchase date

Gold jewellery can be exchanged for either gold or diamond jewellery or a gift voucher equivalent to the invoice amount of the jewellery. In all instances, only a single exchange is permitted.

Diamond Jewellery

The item may be exchanged for either diamond jewellery or a gift voucher corresponding to the jewellery invoice amount. In all instances, only a single exchange is permitted.

Pearl Jewellery

The condition of the pearls and the appraisal made by Jawhara Jewellery will decide the worth of the pearl jewellery if the buyer wants to replace it in its original state.

After 30 days until the end of (1) year of the Gregorian purchase date

Gold Jewellery

Exchangeable for a gift voucher, gold, or diamond jewellery. After subtracting production expenses, stone weights, and any other non-gold components, the value of gold will be determined based on the market price that is in effect on the exchange date.

Diamond Jewellery

It can only be traded for diamond jewellery after a remodelling expense deduction of up to 25% of the initial jewellery invoice value. The chosen diamond jewellery should be worth more than the jewellery being exchanged.

After the end (1) year Gregorian of purchase date

Gold Jewellery

Can be exchanged either for voucher, gold, or diamond jewellery. The value of gold will be determined by subtracting production expenses, stone weights, and any other non-gold components from the current market price on the exchange date.

Diamond Jewellery

It can be exchanged for diamond Jewellery after the valuation of the old jewellery according to the market value of the material content. The value of the selected diamond jewellery should be more than the value of the jewellery for exchange.

Refund Policy

Jawhara Jewellery works hard to guarantee every customer is happy with whatever they buy. You might want to alter your mind occasionally, though.
